As our People Systems &amp; MI Adviser, you&#39;ll be a key member of the People &amp; Organisational Development team, helping to drive continuous improvement and shape smarter, more efficient ways of working.</p><p data-start="395" data-end="820" id="isPasted">You will combine strong analytical and systems capability with a collaborative and customer-focused approach, using people data and management information to support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. Confident leading change, you will play an important role in system improvements, process alignment and migration activity, while developing meaningful reporting tools and dashboards that add real value.</p><p data-start="822" data-end="1208" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">We&#39;re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to challenge existing practices constructively and champion innovation. Most importantly, you will be a changemaker, passionate about organisational development, continuous improvement and creating systems and processes that enhance both operational effectiveness and employee experience.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p id="isPasted">This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, driving change and using data to make a real organisational impact. Working across the full People &amp; Organisational Development function, the role offers exposure to a wide range of activity including People systems optimisation, process improvement, reporting and dashboard development, compliance reporting and organisational change initiatives.</p><p>The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence how people systems and workflows operate across EPNE, helping to improve efficiency, enhance employee experience and support evidence-based decision-making. This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo, so is ideal for someone who is curious, solutions-focused and motivated by continuous improvement.</p><p>The role also offers excellent professional development opportunities, including experience of system administration, process automation, data quality management, stakeholder collaboration and change implementation.
