The role involves leading the design and delivery of engaging Functional Skills provision that meets current standards and aligns with apprenticeship requirements.</p><p>Working collaboratively with Apprenticeship Operations teams and employers, the Apprenticeships Programme Lead will ensure that English and maths expectations are clearly understood and effectively embedded within programmes, providing expert guidance on assessment, teaching strategies and apprentice progression.
